For our Milford project, we reimagined a substantial plot to create two carefully considered homes, demonstrating how intelligent development can transform both space and value. The original property was significantly extended and reconfigured into a spacious four bedroom home, centred around open plan living designed for modern family life. A versatile office or lounge provides the option of a fifth bedroom, while expansive bifold doors open onto a private patio and garden, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor space. A garage and dedicated side parking suitable for a motorhome further strengthen the home’s practicality.

Alongside this, a thoughtfully designed three bedroom new build delivers the same emphasis on light, flow and open plan living. A separate lounge offers flexibility as a home office or fourth bedroom, and bifold doors create a seamless transition to its own patio and garden area.
